Sisley is recruiting a Field Sales Representative in the West-Centre region of France to drive in-store demonstrations and boost brand sales across selective perfumery retailers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and sell Sisley Group brands including Sisley, Hair Rituel by Sisley, and Neur|ae
- Elevate brand image and positioning in-store through visual presentation and product demonstrations
- Embody and communicate Sisley's brand values and lifestyle positioning through personal presentation and customer interactions
- Train and mentor in-store beauty consultants on product knowledge, application techniques, and brand philosophy
- Proactively engage all customers with consultative selling approaches and personalized recommendations
- Recruit and convert new customers to the brand through targeted engagement and demonstrations
- Deliver comprehensive skincare and beauty treatments including flash makeup applications, hair diagnostics, and Neur|ae experiences
- Build and maintain customer loyalty by introducing new product innovations and driving repeat purchases across all product categories
- Cross-sell complementary products and expand basket size through suggestive selling
- Coordinate team activities and align in-store beauty consultants around brand objectives and sales targets
Qualifications
- CAP, BEP, or BTS qualification in Aesthetics or Beauty Sciences
- Proven success in a similar field sales, beauty counter, or in-store brand ambassador role
- Advanced mastery of sales and advisory techniques for luxury skincare and beauty products
- Exceptional personal presentation, grooming, and appearance reflecting luxury brand standards
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Strong autonomy, diplomacy, organizational capabilities, and practical business sense
- Collaborative team player with proactive communication style
- Demonstrated listening skills and adaptability to diverse retail environments and customer needs
- Results-driven mindset with strong sales acumen and initiative in proposing solutions

Experience
Successful track record in a comparable role, such as beauty counter associate, in-store brand ambassador, or field sales representative in the luxury beauty or cosmetics sector.
Education
CAP, BEP, or BTS in Aesthetics or Beauty Sciences, or equivalent professional qualification in beauty or wellness.
