Sisley is hiring a Field Marketing Specialist in Paris to drive in-store brand activations and beauty demonstrations in the Eastern region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store consultations and demonstrations of Sisley skincare products and beauty treatments to drive sales
- Execute beauty diagnostics, flash makeup applications, and scalp assessments to enhance customer engagement
- Present product innovations and educate retail team members on new collections and techniques
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to build loyalty and encourage repeat purchases
- Recruit new customers and expand product offerings through consultative selling of complementary items
- Represent and elevate the brand image within selective distribution points
- Coordinate beauty team initiatives and mentor in-store beauty advisors
- Achieve regional sales objectives and generate commercial momentum across assigned territory
Qualifications
- CAP, BEP, or BTS qualification in Esthetics or Beauty
- Proven track record in a similar field marketing, beauty consultation, or in-store brand activation role
- Expert-level mastery of sales and consultation techniques for prestige skincare products
- Excellent personal presentation with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Autonomous, diplomatic, well-organized mindset with practical judgment and collaborative spirit
- Strong listening and adaptive abilities
- Results-driven mentality with capacity for strategic recommendation
Skills
Experience
Successful experience in a similar field marketing, beauty advisory, or in-store brand activation position within the prestige skincare or cosmetics sector.
Education
CAP (Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle), BEP (Brevet d'Études Professionnelles), or BTS (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur) in Esthetics, Beauty, or related field.
