The Business Law Legal Intern supports contract drafting and negotiation, distribution matters, regulatory compliance and proactive legal monitoring, while advising operational teams, management and subsidiaries and liaising with international counsel. The role is an internship in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to drafting and negotiating unique agreements.
- Work primarily on contract law in a French law context and liaise with foreign counsel on international matters.
- Advise operational teams on drafting and negotiating distribution agreements, general terms and conditions of sale, and other contracts through to signature.
- Support overall regulatory compliance.
- Conduct proactive legal monitoring.
- Advise Executive Management, operational departments and subsidiaries, and liaise with international law firms.
- Manage legal files and their administrative follow-up.
Qualifications
- Master’s-level education (Master 2, DJCE or LLM) in business law and distribution law.
- Admission to the CRFPA entrance examination.
- Rigor, service orientation and adaptability.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Curiosity, versatility and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
