Reporting to the Maison Sisley Bordeaux Manager, the Beauty Therapist performs personalized consultations and cabin treatments, advises clients on products and services, and develops sales through bespoke beauty rituals. The role also represents Sisley’s values and covers point-of-sale and cabin operations; it is a full-time permanent CDI position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform personalized consultations, cabin treatments and services in accordance with Sisley protocols and techniques, delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Advise clients on suitable skincare, makeup, fragrance and haircare products and services, build client loyalty, and develop sales through bespoke beauty rituals.
- Represent Sisley’s values and enhance the brand’s profile while ensuring operational tasks are carried out effectively, including managing the point of sale and treatment cabin and presenting products.
Qualifications
- BTS or BP qualification in aesthetics.
- Significant experience in a spa or high-end beauty institute.
- Proficiency in treatment techniques and consultative selling.
- Excellent listening and diplomacy skills; results-oriented and autonomous.
- Fluent English.
