Sisley is recruiting a Beauty Field Ambassador in Paris to drive luxury skincare brand promotion and sales across selective retail partners.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and sell Sisley Group brands (Sisley, Hair Rituel by Sisley, Neur|ae) to consumers in retail environments
- Elevate brand image and maintain premium brand presentation standards in-store
- Embody Sisley's brand essence through impeccable appearance and professional conduct
- Train and transfer Sisley product expertise to in-store beauty consultants
- Proactively engage all customers and recruit new clientele
- Perform flash makeup applications and hair diagnostics, and deliver Neur|ae brand experiences
- Build customer loyalty by introducing new products and driving multi-category sales across all brand pillars
- Expand advisory and sales coverage to complementary product lines
- Coordinate team initiatives to align beauty consultants around brand objectives and sales targets
Qualifications
- CAP, BEP, or BTS qualification in Aesthetics or Beauty
- Proven experience in a similar field demonstrator or beauty advisory role
- Expert command of consultative selling and advisory techniques for luxury skincare products
- Outstanding personal presentation with strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Demonstrated autonomy, diplomacy, organizational capability, practical judgment, and collaborative spirit
- Active listening skills and adaptability to diverse retail environments and customer profiles
- Results-driven mindset with proactive proposal generation capability

Experience
Successful experience in a comparable field demonstrator, beauty counter, or brand ambassador position, ideally within the luxury skincare or fragrance sector.
Education
CAP, BEP, or BTS in Aesthetics, Beauty, or related discipline.
