Shiseido is recruiting a Trade Marketing Assistant for its France marketing team in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The six-month internship starts in January 2027 and supports trade marketing activations for SHISEIDO and Gallinée across department stores, pharmacies, and key accounts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the deployment and implementation of trade marketing operations, including preparing briefs, reviewing proofs, creating matrices for distributing promotional materials, and tracking delivery to points of sale.
- Co-create local gifts with purchase through exclusive collaborations with partner brands.
- Monitor project schedules and deadlines.
- Develop sales support tools.
- Track trade marketing projects with external service providers on a weekly basis.
- Develop ideas for distinctive activations at department-store counters in Paris, including Galeries Lafayette and Le Bon Marché.
- Collaborate with internal Marketing, Merchandising, Retail, Training, Customer Service, and Sales teams.
- Conduct studies and competitive monitoring, including field visits following activations and key launches.
- Consolidate weekly and monthly sales reports for trade marketing activations, including feedback presentations and NPD.
- Analyze brand performance.
- Prepare review presentations for the France and EMEA teams.
Qualifications
- Higher education at bac+4/5 level, such as a business school or university.
- A first professional experience of six months is preferred.
- Rigorous, proactive, and autonomous, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Creative and able to make recommendations.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
