Shiseido is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis across EMEA, covering monthly closes, forecasts, budgeting, financial reporting and process improvement. Based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, the permanent role manages three people and collaborates closely with Japan headquarters, market finance teams and EMEA leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and communicate monthly close calendars across EMEA.
- Monitor and coordinate the monthly close process for all EMEA entities.
- Consolidate and analyse monthly results, ensuring consistency.
- Improve the monthly close reporting process through continuous improvement.
- Communicate financial results and analyses to headquarters.
- Present key financial insights and performance summaries to EMEA management.
- Consolidate and present forecasts, including the Agile Monthly Forecast (AMF).
- Prepare and communicate budget planning and latest estimate (LE) schedules.
- Manage the budget and LE processes across EMEA, ensuring consistency and alignment with headquarters’ close deadlines.
- Consolidate and analyse budgets and LEs submitted by markets, and provide variance analysis.
- Provide ad hoc reports and commentary to headquarters.
- Present results to EMEA management and participate in regional headquarters’ budget review meetings.
- Monitor and coordinate the Focus migration (S4 Hana and BPC) with IT.
- Improve EMEA financial dashboards.
- Manage CAPEX, including tracking and forecasting.
- Collaborate with consolidation teams during quarterly closes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field.
- At least 12 years of progressive experience in FP&A or a similar financial field, ideally in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent spoken and written English; French preferred.
- Experience in multinational companies and matrix organisations.
- Previous audit experience is a significant advantage.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and develop action plans.
- Ability to simplify and clearly present financial information to financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to motivate and guide teams towards shared financial objectives.
- Advanced understanding of accounting principles and financial management.

At least 12 years of progressive experience in FP&A or a similar financial field, ideally in a multicultural environment; experience in multinational companies and matrix organisations; previous audit experience is a significant advantage.
Education
