Shiseido seeks a SAP MM Specialist to maintain and enhance Supply Chain applications, particularly SAP S/4 and ECC for Purchase-to-Pay and Logistics, and to support projects, users, and system authorizations. The role is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine and is a permanent CDI position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance applications within the assigned scope, including their integration.
- Ensure the availability and performance of Supply Chain solutions, particularly SAP S/4 and ECC for Purchase-to-Pay and Logistics.
- Provide functional support to users and manage incidents.
- Assess and manage enhancement requests; propose application improvements, organize workshops, draft functional specifications, configure local tools, conduct tests, and oversee business validation and production deployment.
- Process and track access requests, roles, and authorizations; role and authorization configuration is handled by a dedicated team.
- Supervise and execute batch processes and jobs.
- Keep technical and functional documentation up to date.
- Perform regression testing during version upgrades.
- Lead projects by gathering and analyzing business needs, proposing suitable solutions, contributing to SAP configuration, supporting design, build, testing, and deployment phases, and following Release Management processes.
- Collaborate with business Key Users, internal partners such as SAP S/4 application maintenance teams, external partners such as SAP ECC application maintenance providers, software vendors and integrators, and IT department colleagues.
- Work with Supply Chain and related business and IT teams to support the implementation and operational maintenance of functional solutions, ensuring alignment and consistency across the information system.
Qualifications
- Bac +5 degree in information systems, ERP, or Supply Chain.
- At least 3 years of SAP MM experience in purchasing, logistics, and master data.
- Knowledge of SAP GRC authorizations is optional.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain processes.
- Experience with ERP/SAP implementation projects.
- Ability to work in an international environment; fluent English.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical topics in accessible terms.
