The Regional Key Accounts Intern supports Shiseido’s Mecca and Sephora business, handling data analysis, monthly sales reports, Excel reporting and dashboard accuracy. The internship offers regional exposure, meaningful projects, mentorship, skills development and networking opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Key Accounts business for Mecca and Sephora.
- Assist with collecting, managing and analysing large datasets for business decisions and report analysis.
- Assist in preparing monthly sales reports with insights, trends and metrics.
- Create and run Excel reports, oversee data accuracy and refine dashboards.
- Analyse data to inform business decisions and prepare reports for key stakeholders.
- Support data preparation for managers' monthly estimate reviews, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to analyse data and derive key insights, including business implications, to guide business decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and effective task management.
- Able to bring new perspectives to tasks and problem-solving.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated in practice.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
