The Regional IT PMO Intern will support regional IT financial management, procurement governance, PMO operations, and process improvement initiatives, including project coordination across APAC. The 2027 Shiseido NEXT Internship Programme offers hands-on exposure to regional IT operations, AI and automation, business analysis, and project governance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support IT budgeting, forecasting, accrual, and reporting activities.
- Assist in tracking technology investments, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor spend.
- Support the development of dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and AI solutions.
- Assist in maintaining procurement and contract governance records, including renewal tracking and expenditure monitoring.
- Support project coordination and PMO governance activities across the APAC region.
- Maintain and improve PMO documentation, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accountancy, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and ways of working.
- An interest in AI, automation, digital transformation, or project management is a plus.
- Exposure to AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or ChatGPT is an added advantage.
