Shiseido Public Relations and Influencer Marketing Assistant

Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to defining and deploying EMEA PR strategies, ensuring a consistent approach across markets.
• Support markets in implementing regional strategies and ensure their local adaptation and execution.
• Develop EMEA PR kits and guidelines from start to finish in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Coordinate the translation, adaptation and distribution of tools to markets to ensure consistent messaging and activations across the region.
• Serve as the primary contact for country requests concerning visuals and products.
• Manage product stock, including new-product forecasts, day-to-day and event orders, stock monitoring and inventories for internal control.
• Manage EMEA events, including press launches, press days, PA, press trips and influencer events.
• Before events, consolidate guest lists; coordinate travel and accommodation between agencies, agents, headquarters and country teams; and manage set-design and product requirements with brand teams.
• Welcome guests during events and support communications and marketing teams.
• Prepare post-event reviews.
• Produce semiannual press kits with scientific communications, including translation, layout and distribution to country teams.
• Consolidate press coverage and produce monthly EMEA press reviews.
• Consolidate PR, ePR and influencer results and prepare reviews using Launchmetrics and Kolsquare.
• Contribute to influencer strategies by identifying profiles, creating launch guidelines and sending products to influencers, agencies and markets.
• Monitor and measure performance using the influencer tool.
• Provide operational support for global and/or regional campaigns.
• Benchmark competitors and influencer trends.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing higher education at Bac +4/5 level, such as a business or communications school.
• Curious and passionate about creativity, with a desire to contribute to the success of a leading global cosmetics group.
• Organized, rigorous and proactive, with an appreciation for teamwork.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional topics in an international context.
• Excellent command of the Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
