Shiseido Product Development Marketing Assistant

Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of N+2 marketing plans, including creative exploration of new concepts, product design, and trend and inspiration research.
• Track the development of products for launch, including initiating mock-ups, preparing execution documents, and following up with the factory.
• Prepare briefs for 360° campaign stakeholders and external partners.
• Support 360° campaign management and coordinate with Communications, Retail, Purchasing, GWPs, and Operational Marketing.
• Analyse brand performance in its market and monitor competitors, including price positioning and product universes.
• Participate in and organise photo shoots with external agencies and studios.
• Respond to specific requests from markets and expert departments.
• Draft communication materials and presentations.
• Help organise internal meetings, preparing presentation materials and mock-ups.
• Help organise Shiseido’s International Seminar by creating presentation materials, including visual shoots and films; managing mock-ups and point-of-sale advertising; and coordinating across departments.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing higher education at bac +4/5 level, such as a business school or university.
• Organised and rigorous, with an appreciation for teamwork and a high standard of execution.
• Creative, curious, and sensitive to the perfume and cosmetics sectors.
• Proficient in the Office suite.
• Fluent in English.
