The Operational Marketing Product Assistant supports Shiseido’s EMEA fragrances team with analytical and operational work, helping European subsidiaries with day-to-day business, coordination, and marketing-plan follow-up. This six-month internship starts in July 2026 and is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor trade and media marketing plans across 11 European markets.
- Analyze sell-in and sell-out performance, serving as the regional business analyst.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to European markets as they activate local marketing plans; act as the key contact for subsidiaries and brands.
- Analyze product launches and competitors.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, organization, analytical ability, and confidence working with figures.
- Rigorous, proactive, and autonomous, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- A first experience in marketing or as a business analyst is required.
