Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the device fleet and equipment lifecycle for MacBooks, Windows PCs, tablets, and Android and iOS smartphones using Microsoft Intune.
• Administer Intune roles and policies for configuration, compliance, and security; package, deploy, patch, and update applications.
• Industrialize workstation deployment using Microsoft Autopilot.
• Secure devices using Intune Endpoint Security and MS Defender.
• Administer Active Directory, including GPOs, PowerShell scripting, and user and device management.
• Administer Entra ID identities, groups, conditional access, and applications.
• Administer and maintain the public key infrastructure (PKI), including certificate management, renewal, and deployment.
• Administer Azure Cloud services across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS; manage subscriptions and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for workstations, mobile devices, and collaboration tools to the TechCare team, liaising with software publishers and manufacturers.
• Draft, maintain, and update documentation and deliverables.
• Monitor technology developments in solutions used by the Technical Department.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent training in IT Systems and Networks, such as an engineering school qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in companies or IT consulting and digital services firms.
• Strong command of Windows 10 and Windows 11 PCs, macOS (MacBook, iMac), Android, and iOS tablets and smartphones.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune policies, roles, application packaging and deployment, patching, and Company Portal.
• Experience configuring Microsoft Autopilot for mass deployment.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, including GPO, DNS, DHCP, and user, user group, and device group management.
• Knowledge of Entra ID.
• Knowledge of PKI and certificate management, including authorities, templates, renewal, and distribution.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender (Endpoint) and workstation security best practices.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud Computing, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, subscription management, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• PowerShell scripting is essential; familiarity with Graph API.
• Office 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and Okta are an advantage.
• A recent certification in Azure or Microsoft Endpoint/Intune administration is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Rigour, service orientation, and the ability to document work.
• Good written and spoken English, including report writing, meeting facilitation, and discussions with English-speaking contacts.
