Shiseido seeks a Regional Marketing Intern in Singapore to support regional brand marketing, agency coordination, reporting and e-commerce and digital campaigns across Asia Pacific. The internship offers hands-on project experience, regional exposure, coaching and mentorship, and opportunities to develop professional skills and networks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the brand team on regional initiatives informed by identified opportunities and market needs, in line with the SHISEIDO brand strategy.
- Assist with contractor and agency management, including obtaining quotations and briefing agencies, contractors and partners on specific brand needs.
- Facilitate communication between local affiliates and align stakeholders across local markets, headquarters and independent agencies.
- Support monthly reporting and presentations, with primary responsibility for Gate 5 analysis.
- Assist with administrative duties, including purchase order management and shipment coordination.
- Support competitive analysis, benchmarking, opportunity identification and best-practice recommendations on request.
- Support the e-commerce team in rolling out collaboration campaigns on marketplaces such as Lazada and Shopee.
- Work with markets and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely implementation and launch of regional campaigns.
- Support the development of regional digital, social and e-commerce assets.
- Support analysis of social and influencer activation programmes, competitive analysis and benchmarking, opportunity identification, conceptualisation and best-practice recommendations.
- Work closely with agencies and the global team to ensure timely updates to brand.com content, including banners, landing pages and product detail pages.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate in a Business Administration, Management or Marketing course.
- Able to work well with others.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Previous internship experience in the FMCG or beauty industry is advantageous.
- Photoshop and Canva skills.
