Shiseido Marketing Communications Intern

Role & Responsibilities

• Support marketing activities for ANESSA and d program across APAC markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, Korea, Indonesia, India, the Philippines and Mongolia.
• Carry out daily marketing and administrative tasks, including distributing marketing guidelines and information to markets; coordinating local marketing calendars and animation plans; and supporting operational topics such as product assortment, launch calendars, commercial animations, training and education, and consumer engagement activities.
• Consolidate, analyse and challenge market forecasts for product initiatives and POSMs.
• Manage quotations and invoice processing.
• Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support to the APAC marketing team.
• Coordinate the collection of data and performance analysis across APAC.
• Prepare reports and market information for consolidation by the Japan headquarters.
• Work with external agencies to produce regional creative and social assets that build brand awareness.
• Ensure assets are available on time and follow the appropriate approval process and delivery schedule.
• Plan and execute always-on TikTok content, including localized content.
• Maintain digital execution excellence across social and ecommerce platforms.
• Participate in paid media and KOL campaign discussions, including designing paid media content, identifying and contacting KOLs, and preparing PR kits and press releases for KOLs as needed.
• Assist with regional ecommerce marketing campaigns, including 11.11 and 12.12.
• Support the rollout of official ecommerce rich content, including designing content as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree programme in Business Administration, Marketing or an equivalent field.
• Able to design using Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator, and perform basic TikTok editing.
• Knowledgeable about beauty trends and passionate about suncare and skincare.
• Able to think creatively and propose marketing campaign ideas.
• Good communication, writing and time-management skills.
• A team player who can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, a fast learner and able to work independently.
