The Maintenance Technician supports the operational upkeep and continuous improvement of production lines and equipment, handling maintenance, adjustments, operator training and performance monitoring while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a BTS in Maintenance or equivalent and at least five years of maintenance experience in a production environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance across all technical areas.
- Diagnose breakdowns, implement remedial and corrective measures, call on internal or external experts when necessary, and document each intervention.
- Develop preventive maintenance plans from autonomous maintenance through Level 3.
- Plan assigned technical shutdowns.
- Update equipment technical files.
- Ensure equipment adjustments are carried out correctly.
- Help draft adjustment standards and format specifications.
- Train line operators using existing standards and specifications.
- Revise and optimize standards and specifications as needed.
- Help adjust and fine-tune new formats on production equipment.
- Monitor and analyze line performance indicators in coordination with production teams and traceability tools.
Qualifications
- BTS in Maintenance or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a production environment.
- Advanced proficiency in equipment adjustment and mechanics.
- Operational skills in electrical systems and automation.
- Knowledge of cosmetic GMP.
