Shiseido is seeking an Image Production Coordinator for an apprenticeship starting immediately, supporting the Creation Manager with creative scheduling, administration and the production, coordination and archiving of brand assets. The role follows visual and video projects from brief to delivery and coordinates market requests in ADSAAP.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Creation Manager in the operation and coordination of the in-house creative department.
- Help establish and monitor the annual creative asset schedule in line with launches, commercial activities and communication needs.
- Follow up regularly with brand departments to collect and centralize their asset requirements.
- Provide administrative support for creative projects, including supplier contacts, purchase orders, order entry, travel arrangements and bookings.
- Facilitate information flow and adherence to production timelines.
- Help prepare creative briefs and mood boards in collaboration with the Creation Manager.
- Track production of visual and video assets from briefing through delivery.
- Contribute to the preparation, coordination and deliverable tracking for creative projects and photo shoots.
- Enter and monitor market requests in ADSAAP.
- Ensure brand assets are properly organized and archived.
Qualifications
- Currently studying audiovisual media, communications, or a creative discipline, or an equivalent qualification, and seeking an apprenticeship.
- Strong sensitivity to imagery, creativity and brand worlds.
- Interest in visual and video content production and the different stages of a creative project.
- Good knowledge of key digital content formats and uses.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage several projects in parallel.
- Rigorous, responsive and attentive to detail.
- Curious, proactive and collaborative.
- Artistic sensibility and an interest in fine arts, photography and imagery.
