Shiseido is recruiting an FP&A Controller for its Reporting & Consolidation team in Neuilly-sur-Seine, supporting EMEA financial consolidation and providing data and analysis to its Tokyo headquarters and EMEA management. This fixed-term contract runs from November 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly closing schedules and collect, analyze, and consolidate financial data from EMEA markets and departments, ensuring consistency across SAP, BI BW, and BPC reports.
- Consolidate and monitor budget and financial forecast processes.
- Recommend budget adjustments by consolidating and analyzing market and department data, checking consistency, identifying budget risks, and proposing corrective actions.
- Support EMEA subsidiaries on processes, systems, deadlines, and technical and data-flow issues; understand their needs, monitor financial matters, and act as a facilitator.
- Integrate data manually into subsidiary systems, ensure figures are consistent, maintain and update existing matrices as needs or systems change, and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience, excluding internships and apprenticeships.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with market and management teams.
- Fluent spoken and written English; French is preferred.
- Precision and reliability in financial reporting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
