The Finance Business Partner supports accurate management, reporting and control of Shiseido Benelux Group operations, partnering with the Finance Manager on controls, budgeting and monthly closing while streamlining processes. The role also covers financial and group reporting, forecasting, Sell In monitoring and Sell Out transmission to headquarters; it is a VIE position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and efficient management, reporting and control of Shiseido Benelux Group operations.
- Work with the Finance Manager to develop financial and business controls aligned with Shiseido EMEA and Japan HQ requirements.
- Prepare affiliate budget P&Ls in collaboration with the Finance Manager, and monitor budgets against affiliate objectives.
- Set up the monthly closing and rolling forecast.
- Prepare and ensure the yearly financial closing in collaboration with the Accounting Department.
- Oversee and improve financial operations, implementing systems, processes and controls to support the Commercial Department.
- Manage end-to-end internal group reporting.
- Monitor Sell In and transmit Sell Out data to headquarters through BOTAN.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the EMEA RHQ Finance team.
- Seek opportunities to standardize and streamline existing processes.
Qualifications
- Academic/Master degree.
- High level of interpersonal skills and potential for people-development skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to track current priorities.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret information and develop immediate action plans.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management abilities, internally and externally.
- Strong system skills.
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
