Shiseido is seeking an Export Marketing Intern for a six-month internship in its Fragrance division, supporting export markets across Scandinavia, Central and Eastern Europe, the Mediterranean, and Africa. The role contributes to 360° marketing activations, launch and seasonal campaign coordination, reporting, PR execution, competitive analysis, and an autonomous project.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support forecast analysis and reporting on seasonal launches.
- Contribute to monthly wholesale analysis by market and product line.
- Participate in post-launch performance analysis and reporting.
- Process, consolidate, and communicate information from brands to markets.
- Coordinate launch packages with Marketing and Expert Teams, ensuring assets and guidelines for new launches and seasonal campaigns are available on time.
- Adapt newsletters received from brand holders and share them with markets.
- Support the team with 360° market activations and daily requests.
- Update market trade plans to reflect local activations.
- Coordinate export communication plans with Expert Teams.
- Support the execution of PR projects, including events, influencer lists, and paid collaborations.
- Assist with project roll-outs, including PR events, e-events, influencer collaborations, and media initiatives.
- Deliver monthly reports on competitor best practices in fragrance, with a focus on e-retail visibility.
- Lead an autonomous project during the internship, defined according to team priorities.
Qualifications
- Fluent English, with excellent writing and presentation skills.
- French is an asset.
- Master’s degree, final year or end of studies.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to handle data and synthesize insights.
- Previous experience in the cosmetics or luxury industry is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Passion for working in an international environment.
