Shiseido is seeking an Export Marketing Assistant for a six-month internship starting in January 2027 in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The role supports skincare brand growth across export markets through trade marketing, data analysis, PR coordination, and competitor monitoring.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Marketing and Expert Teams to ensure assets and guidelines are available on time for new launches and seasonal marketing activations.
- Process, consolidate, and communicate brand information to markets through a monthly newsletter; serve as the point of contact for markets’ operational questions.
- Report on monthly market activities and prepare quarterly sell-in and sell-out analyses by market and product line, as well as post-launch performance analyses for new launches.
- Consolidate the trade plan and manage assortment databases.
- Coordinate PR activations across export markets in close collaboration with the Expert Regional PR Team.
- Follow up on project rollouts, including PR events, influencer collaborations, and seeding activities.
- Use Kolsquare to build and track campaigns for export markets.
- Monitor PR KPIs and report actions and achievements to the brand.
- Report monthly on skincare competitor best practices in key markets and with key retailers, with particular focus on e-retail visibility.
- Make recommendations based on competitor analysis findings.
Qualifications
- Master 1 or Master 2 degree from a business school.
- Good spoken and written English; French is appreciated.
- At least one initial experience in operational marketing and/or the beauty industry.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Rigorous and able to multitask.
- A good balance of creative and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- International experience or an interest in international experience.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
