Shiseido seeks an E-commerce and E-Retail Intern for a placement of at least five months, based at its Schiphol Airport office and supporting its Benelux brands. The intern will work with digital and marketing teams on e-retail content, promotions, the Shiseido Benelux Facebook page and activations across the Shiseido and NARS websites.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with and report directly to the Digital Manager and Junior Digital Manager, working with the marketing teams in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Carry out activities across all the listed brands.
- Optimize product and brand pages, including copy and translations, banners, landing pages, videos, brand rooms and reviews.
- Support promotional campaigns for e-retailers such as Douglas and parfumerie.nl.
- Manage the Shiseido Benelux Facebook page by writing posts and setting up campaigns.
- Support marketing activations on the Shiseido and NARS websites, including contributing to newsletters and media campaigns.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the third or fourth year, or a master’s degree.
- Affinity with marketing, e-commerce and social media (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok).
- Energetic, with strong communication skills.
- Rigorous and organized.
- Hands-on, with the drive to get things done.
- Passionate about the beauty industry in a digital environment.
- Independent and assertive.
