Within Shiseido EMEA’s Digital Performance group, the Data Analyst Assistant supports consumer insight development across EMEA, helping deepen understanding of consumer expectations and behaviors. The role maintains Tableau dashboards, responds to data and insight requests, supports reporting and database quality, and contributes to CRM and e-commerce projects. This apprenticeship starts in September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve Tableau dashboards, ensuring their accuracy and ease of use for end users.
- Respond to ad hoc data requests and support insight needs from local markets, brands, and marketing teams.
- Analyze secondary data sources and streamline reporting.
- Contribute to ongoing database enhancements and ensure data quality.
- Support strategic projects, including CRM and e-commerce initiatives.
- Provide general assistance to the team in resolving data-related challenges.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Comfortable working with Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Tenacious, curious, rigorous, and business-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in dashboarding, analytics, or data projects is an advantage.
