The CRM Assistant will support the development of CRM and customer data strategy for the French market across several Shiseido Group brands, managing campaigns and analyzing consumer data to inform segmentation and personalization. The role also covers performance reporting, dashboard optimization and competitor monitoring. This is a six-month internship starting in January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage brand CRM campaigns in collaboration with EMEA and the data agency.
- Help optimize automated scenarios, including welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, reactivation and birthday journeys.
- Manage opt-in acquisition campaigns and analyze recruitment quality and the lifecycle of new contacts, in collaboration with EMEA and the media agency.
- Analyze performance and KPIs, and consolidate reports for the France subsidiary and EMEA.
- Analyze consumer data to build relevant segments, identify key customer journeys and recommend CRM personalization initiatives.
- Optimize analytics tools and dashboards.
- Monitor competitors.
Qualifications
- Bac+4/Bac+5 qualification from a business or communications school, or an equivalent university degree.
- Ideally, initial experience in CRM or in a digital role at an agency or advertiser.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Comfortable working with data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Fluent spoken and written French and English.
- Proficiency in the Office suite.
- Strong organizational skills, rigor and proactivity.
- Enthusiastic and curious, with the ability to work as part of a team and strong interpersonal skills.
