Shiseido is seeking a Business Analyst Intern for a six-month internship starting in January 2027, supporting EMEA sell-out data consolidation, BOTAN reporting and dashboards, and monthly regional reporting. The role is part of the Key Account EMEA team and supports Shiseido’s full portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect EMEA sell-out data by key account in collaboration with each market.
- Extract sell-out data from the NPD panel and consolidate it for the region.
- Maintain the BOTAN tool by updating reports, integrating sell-out data and checking its reliability.
- Develop reports and dashboards in BOTAN with other departments, including Marketing and Management, based on business needs.
- Serve as the main contact for NPD and handle day-to-day operational requests, including product classification and training requests.
- Prepare monthly sell-out reports for EMEA and Tokyo management.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses at the request of strategic and business management teams.
Qualifications
- Bac+4/5 education at a Grande École or university.
- Numerical aptitude, rigour, interpersonal ease, and strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
