Shiseido is hiring a full-time Beauty Advisor on a permanent contract for its Le Bon Marché counter in Paris. The role represents the brand, grows sell-out revenue, advises customers and supports consumer recruitment, merchandising, events and counter presentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Shiseido’s brands to customers at the Le Bon Marché sales counter, upholding each brand’s codes and image.
- Contribute to sell-out revenue growth.
- Address customers’ needs through personalized advice and makeup applications.
- Recruit and retain new consumers using sales tools, including diagnostic and loyalty tools.
- Implement merchandising tools for each cycle.
- Set up and monitor promotional events.
- Maintain the counters and testers in good order.
Qualifications
- Commercial training and initial sales experience in the beauty sector.
- Passion for sales and customer engagement; autonomy, dynamism, reliability, energy and excellent commercial acumen.
- Knowledge of cosmetics and Parisian department stores.
- Commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience and immersing customers in the brand’s world.
- Fluent English.
