Shiseido seeks a Beauty Consultant in Munich, starting 1 January 2026, on a permanent full-time or part-time basis. The role combines personalized product advice and sales, brand presentation, promotional activity, product applications, sales reporting and customer acquisition; full-time gross annual salary is €28,000–€36,000, depending on qualifications, experience and individual competencies, with additional performance-based commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, targeted customer advice and sell Shiseido’s exclusive products.
- Continuously ensure excellent brand representation and product presentation.
- Implement sell-through initiatives and promotions at retail partners.
- Conduct product applications and report sales figures.
- Advise end consumers professionally and acquire new customers.
- Maintain regular communication and coordination with the manager and ensure meticulous reporting.
Qualifications
- Sales experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Build authentic, lasting customer relationships through enthusiasm, passion and strong communication.
- Work independently and demonstrate a strong service mindset and affinity for luxury and luxury products.
- Demonstrate a proactive, passionate approach to sales.
- Good knowledge of German (C2 level) is essential for product consultations.
