Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage remote and in-field support for stores and HQ end-user environments, including hardware renewal, replacement, and upgrades.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for new joiners and leavers.
  • Handle procurement management, including supplier listing and indirect purchasing as per Sephora policy.
  • Ensure continuous hardware stock availability and tracking.
  • Maintain relationships with the EME cybersecurity team, external vendors, and EME EUX team.
  • Follow IT policies and procedures in line with LVMH group and Sephora global rules.
  • Set up dashboards and metrics to measure the quality of service of external partners.
  • Support and troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft OS, iOS, and network basics.
  • Provide 1st level support for all applications and retail shop setups, including POS and in-store infrastructure.
  • Perform IT asset administration and maintenance tasks, ensuring data protection and system performance.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of retail and distribution activities and related IT ecosystems.
  • Ability to work as a reliable IT business partner.
  • Strong general IT knowledge with competencies in systems, security, and network.
  • Problem-solving orientation and project management expertise.
  • Experience managing multiple vendors and projects in complex IT environments.

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in complex IT environments, with a focus on end-user support and vendor management.
