Sephora Aachen is hiring a Working Student (Retail, part-time). Support store operations, customer service and merchandising in Aachen, Germany.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised product advice across makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare categories.
- Support and execute short beauty services and in-store beauty classes; assist senior advisors during client consultations.
- Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising standards on the sales floor according to brand guidelines.
- Manage stock replenishment, receive and warehousing of goods, and prepare merchandise for sale.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash register transactions accurately.
- Conduct scheduled inventories and assist with merchandising updates and store conversions.
- Keep the sales floor and display furniture clean and organized; ensure assortment integrity and availability.
- Monitor and contribute to retail KPIs including conversion rate, items per basket, average basket and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or higher-education programme (working-student status).
- Communicative, reliable and well organized with strong team orientation.
- Interest in or prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or gastronomy.
- First-hand retail or customer-advisory experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of beauty categories and current trends.
- Fluent in English and/or native-level German; strong verbal communication skills.

Enrolled in a university or equivalent higher-education programme (working-student eligibility).
