Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback
- Enhance staff productivity and engagement
- Manage stock availability and replenishment efficiency
- Adhere to operational routines
- Achieve turnover targets
- Develop product categories
- Control key retail metrics such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, and service numbers
- Conduct scheduled inventories
- Support beauty classes and short services in all departments
- Maintain product presentation according to visual merchandising guidelines
- Ensure sales floor is fully stocked and prepare products for sale
- Clean furniture and products on the sales floor
- Manage warehousing and stocking of goods
- Assist with merchandising updates
- Operate cash register
- Perform additional daily business tasks
Qualifications
- Comparable experience or interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy
- First experience in retail and customer service
- Fluent in English or German
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.
