Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Enhance staff productivity and engagement.
- Maintain stock availability and replenishment efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with operational routines.
- Achieve turnover targets.
- Develop product categories.
- Control retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR.
- Conduct scheduled inventory checks.
- Manage sickness rates and employee turnover.
- Support beauty classes and services.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain assortment and merchandise.
- Ensure sales floor is fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
- Clean furniture and products on the sales floor.
- Manage warehousing and stocking of goods.
- Support conversion and construction of merchandising updates.
- Operate cash register.
- Perform additional tasks related to daily business operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sectors.
