Sephora seeks a part‑time Working Student — CRM in Düsseldorf (internship, hybrid) to support CRM campaigns and the loyalty programme.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the CRM team in the design and execution of targeted recruitment and customer-retention campaigns across owned channels.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to develop digital and print marketing materials.
- Assist with the administration of the loyalty rewards programme and coordination of promotional activities.
- Conduct market and trend research relevant to CRM, loyalty and lifecycle marketing to feed campaign planning.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the CRM team, including basic campaign monitoring and administrative tasks in a hybrid working model.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in CRM, loyalty marketing and customer lifecycle management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
Entry-level: no prior professional experience required. Practical coursework, university projects or short internships in marketing/CRM are advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a university programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
