Sephora Valencia is hiring a Part-time Warehouse Operative (temporary) — on-site stockroom role supporting beauty retail operations in Valencia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack and verify incoming deliveries; inspect goods for accuracy and quality.
- Manage stockroom organisation and housekeeping to ensure efficient replenishment to the sales floor.
- Pick, pack and prepare items for store replenishment or internal transfers with attention to accuracy.
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory control processes to maintain stock integrity.
- Support front-of-house teams with timely restocking and customer requests when required.
- Follow health & safety and loss-prevention procedures, including correct manual handling techniques.
- Participate in initial onboarding and on-the-job training to develop product knowledge in perfumery and cosmetics.
Qualifications
- Residence in the province of the vacancy (Valencia) is required.
- Minimum one year of professional experience in the beauty or cosmetics sector.
- Demonstrable customer-service orientation and experience interacting with clients.
- Physical ability to perform manual handling and work on feet for extended periods.
- Availability to work on site on a part‑time schedule and adapt to retail shift patterns.
- Legal right to work in Spain.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in the beauty or retail sector, with practical exposure to stockroom or client-facing duties; entry-level candidates with relevant retail/stock experience will be considered.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent preferred; vocational training in logistics/retail is advantageous.
