Sephora Seasonal Warehouse Associate – Las Vegas Distribution Center. Full-time, hourly position receiving, picking, and shipping beauty products. $18/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship Sephora product orders to retail stores and online customers following established procedures
- Operate RF terminals to process inventory transactions and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Cross-train across receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping departments based on operational needs
- Comply with all Company, OSHA, and state safety regulations and report safety concerns to management
- Maintain regular attendance and flexibility to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service aligned with company standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, and walk for extended periods
- Familiarity with warehouse operations or menu-driven warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Basic mathematical ability and accuracy in matching numbers and quantities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Physical capability to work in moderate, varying temperature and humidity conditions
Skills
Experience
Prior warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred but not required; familiarity with WMS picking procedures or menu-driven applications is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 18 per hour.
