Role & Responsibilities

• Safely receive, pick, pack, prepare, put away, and ship products according to established production rates and procedures.
• Receive and stock products; pick, pack, prepare, and ship orders to retail stores and online customers in line with company and industry-standard operating procedures.
• Follow company, state, and OSHA safety rules and policies, wear appropriate work attire, and report safety violations or potential violations to supervisory or management personnel.
• Comply with company Loss Prevention policies and procedures, including requirements for work attire.
• Maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
• Work any designated shift and overtime as requested to meet business and operational needs.
• Respond proactively to direction from the leadership team, Shift Coordinators, management staff, and other departmental personnel.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service to company standards.
• Cross-train across departments and perform picking, packing, receiving, shipping, and put-away assignments as required by business and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with warehouse management system (WMS) picking procedures or previous experience using menu-driven applications.
• Familiarity with warehouse layouts or the ability to learn them.
• Ability to operate RF terminals to receive, pick, and replenish warehouse products.
• Ability to pack products using preferred methods.
• Basic math skills and the ability to match numbers.
• Ability to cross-train in receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping processes.
• Ability to understand other business functions as they relate to the position.
• Ability to work closely and effectively with others in a way that promotes teamwork.
• Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Ability to stand, sit, squat, lift, and/or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is USD 19.25 per hour.
