Role & Responsibilities

• Safely receive, stock, pick, pack, prepare, put away, and ship products according to established production rates, processes, and procedures.
• Fulfill Sephora orders for retail stores and online customers in accordance with company and industry standard operating procedures.
• Follow company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations, including proper work attire, and report safety violations or potential violations to appropriate supervisory or management personnel.
• Comply with company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and acceptable attendance, work designated shifts, and work overtime as requested based on business and operational needs.
• Respond proactively to direction from the leadership team, including Shift Coordinators, management staff, and other departmental personnel.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service in accordance with company standards.
• Cross-train and perform assignments in receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping across various departments as business and operational needs require.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or prior experience using menu-driven applications.
• Familiarity with warehouse layouts or the ability to learn them.
• Ability to operate RF terminals to receive, pick, and replenish warehouse products.
• Ability to pack products using preferred methods.
• Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
• Ability to understand other business functions as they relate to the position.
• Ability to work closely and effectively with others in a way that promotes teamwork.
• Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Ability to stand, sit, squat, lift, and/or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is USD 18 per hour.
