Sephora seeks a full-time Seasonal Warehouse Associate in Perryman, MD to support distribution operations with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, and ship Sephora orders to retail stores and online customers following established standard operating procedures
- Operate RF terminals to successfully receive, pick, and replenish product in the warehouse
- Follow all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations; report safety violations to supervisory personnel
- Comply with all Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures, including proper work attire requirements
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed
- Respond to direction from Shift Coordinators, management staff, and departmental personnel
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards
- Work cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping processes based on business needs
Qualifications
- Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or previous experience using menu-driven applications
- Familiarity with warehouse layout or ability to learn layout quickly
- Ability to operate RF terminals
- Ability to pack product using preferred methods
- Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately
- Ability to be cross-trained in multiple warehouse functions
- Positive and enthusiastic demeanor
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment environment is preferred; familiarity with WMS systems and menu-driven applications is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The role is situated in Perryman, Maryland, USA — conveniently close to Baltimore.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 18 per hour.
