Sephora hiring seasonal Warehouse Associate in Olive Branch, MS at Mississippi Distribution Center. $18/hr, full-time, entry-level position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, and organize product according to established warehouse procedures
- Pick, pack, and prepare Sephora orders for shipment to retail locations and online customers
- Operate RF terminals to execute receiving, picking, and replenishment tasks
- Follow all Company, state, and OSHA safety protocols and report potential violations to supervisory personnel
- Maintain compliance with Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures
- Work flexible schedules and overtime as needed to meet operational demands
- Collaborate effectively with Shift Coordinators, management, and departmental staff
- Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance standards
Qualifications
- Must be able to stand, sit, squat, lift, and walk for the duration of the scheduled shift
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to operate RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing product
- Demonstrated capacity for cross-training across receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping functions
- Strong work ethic and positive, enthusiastic demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team environment
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to match numbers accurately
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level; no prior warehouse experience required. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to learn warehouse layout and cross-functional processes quickly.

The successful candidate will be located in Olive Branch, Mississippi, USA, with easy access to Memphis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 18 per hour.
