Role & Responsibilities
- Safely receive, stock, pick, pack, prep and ship Sephora products following established company and industry standard operating procedures
- Operate RF terminals to receive, pick and replenish inventory in the warehouse
- Perform assigned tasks in receiving, picking, packing, put-away and shipping based on operational needs
- Comply with all Company, state and OSHA safety rules, policies and regulations; report safety violations to supervisory personnel
- Adhere to Company Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and work assigned shifts and overtime as required
- Provide high quality internal and external customer service per company standards
- Work collaboratively with shift coordinators, management and departmental personnel to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, lift and walk for the duration of the scheduled shift
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications
- Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately
- Ability to operate RF terminals
- Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple warehouse functions
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience acceptable; familiarity with WMS picking procedures or previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Olive Branch, Mississippi, USA, with easy access to Memphis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 18 per hour.
