Sephora Warehouse Associate seasonal position in Olive Branch, MS. Full-time, $18/hr. Pick, pack, ship beauty orders at distribution center.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, and pick product according to established company operating procedures and production rates
- Pack, prep, and ship Sephora orders to retail stores and online customers
- Operate RF terminals to receive, pick, and replenish product in the warehouse
- Comply with all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules and report safety violations to supervisory personnel
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and flexible work schedule including designated shifts and overtime
- Respond proactively to direction from Shift Coordinators, management, and departmental personnel
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards
Qualifications
- Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or previous experience using menu-driven applications
- Familiarity with warehouse layout or ability to learn layout quickly
- Ability to operate RF terminals effectively
- Basic math skills and ability to match numbers
- Ability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping processes
- Positive and enthusiastic demeanor
- Ability to work effectively with others and promote teamwork
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or beginner-level warehouse operations experience preferred; however, willingness to be cross-trained across multiple warehouse functions is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Olive Branch, Mississippi, USA, with easy access to Memphis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 18 per hour.
