Sephora Warehouse Associate seasonal position in Olive Branch, Mississippi. Full-time fulfillment role supporting retail and online order operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, and replenish product in accordance with warehouse management system (WMS) procedures and established operating standards
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to retail locations and online customers, maintaining quality and accuracy standards
- Operate RF terminals and menu-driven applications to execute receiving, picking, and inventory replenishment tasks
- Maintain compliance with all Company, state, and OSHA safety regulations, including proper work attire and timely reporting of safety violations
- Cross-train across receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping departments to support flexible operational deployment
- Execute Loss Prevention policies and procedures to protect company assets
- Maintain regular attendance and accommodate flexible scheduling, including shift rotations and overtime assignments as directed
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service consistent with company standards
- Respond proactively to direction from Shift Coordinators, management staff, and cross-functional departmental personnel
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout scheduled shifts
- Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or demonstrable experience using menu-driven applications
- Ability to operate RF terminals effectively
- Basic mathematical skills with accuracy in quantity verification and matching
- Possession of a positive, enthusiastic demeanor and ability to work collaboratively in team environments
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment centers, or logistics environments is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse layouts and experience in receiving, picking, packing, or shipping processes is advantageous but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
