Sephora Seasonal Warehouse Associate in Olive Branch, MS. Receive, pick, pack, and ship orders in a fast-paced fulfillment center.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and stock product according to established company and industry standard operating procedures
- Pick, pack, prep, and ship Sephora orders to retail stores and online customers with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate RF terminals to receive, pick, and replenish product in the warehouse
- Comply with all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations; report safety violations promptly
- Adhere to Company Loss Prevention policies and proper work attire requirements
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance; work flexible schedules including designated shifts and overtime as requested
- Work cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping processes based on operational needs
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service to retail and online customers
- Respond proactively to direction from Shift Coordinators, management staff, and departmental personnel
Qualifications
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or previous experience using menu-driven applications
- Ability to operate RF terminals
- Ability to pack product using preferred methods
- Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately
- Ability to learn warehouse layout and navigate multiple departments
- Willingness and capability to be cross-trained in multiple warehouse functions
Skills
Experience
No prior warehouse experience is required; however, familiarity with WMS picking procedures or menu-driven applications is preferred. Previous experience in receiving, picking, packing, or shipping environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
