Sephora seasonal Warehouse Associate position in Olive Branch; receive, pick, pack, and ship product with cross-training opportunities in supply chain operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, and organize product in the warehouse following established company and industry standard operating procedures
- Pick, pack, prep, and ship Sephora orders to retail stores and online customers accurately and efficiently
- Operate RF terminals to receive, pick, and replenish inventory in the warehouse management system
- Comply with all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations; report safety violations to supervisory or management personnel
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and adhere to flexible scheduling requirements, including designated shifts and overtime as needed
- Cross-train across multiple warehouse departments to perform various operational assignments based on business needs
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service in alignment with company standards
- Respond proactively to direction from Shift Coordinators, management staff, and departmental personnel
Qualifications
- Familiarity with warehouse management system (WMS) picking procedures or previous experience using menu-driven applications
- Ability to operate RF terminals for inventory receipt, picking, and replenishment
- Basic mathematical skills and demonstrated ability to match numbers accurately
- Physical ability to stand, sit, squat, lift, and walk for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Familiarity with warehouse layout or ability to learn layout quickly
Skills
Experience
No specific prior warehouse experience required; however, familiarity with WMS picking procedures or menu-driven applications is advantageous. Previous warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
