Sephora Seasonal Warehouse Associate at Maryland Distribution Center – receive, pick, pack and ship beauty products. Full-time, $18/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, and organize product in the warehouse according to company and industry standard operating procedures
- Pick, pack, and prepare Sephora orders for both retail stores and online customers with accuracy and speed
- Operate RF terminals and warehouse management systems to process receiving, picking, replenishing, and shipping transactions
- Cross-train and perform duties across multiple warehouse departments including receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping as business needs dictate
- Maintain strict adherence to company, state, and OSHA safety regulations; report safety violations to supervisory personnel
- Comply with Loss Prevention policies and procedures, including proper work attire requirements
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and flexible scheduling as required by operational needs
- Respond promptly to direction from Shift Coordinators, management, and departmental personnel
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service to support retail and online order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout shift
- Capability to stand, sit, squat, and walk for the duration of scheduled shift
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems or previous experience using menu-driven applications
- Ability to operate RF terminals proficiently
- Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately
- Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple warehouse functions
- Ability to work in moderate and varying temperature and humidity conditions
Skills
Experience
Previous warehouse, distribution center, or order fulfillment experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with warehouse layouts or WMS systems is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 18 per hour.
