Sephora is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate at its Las Vegas Distribution Center to receive, stock, pick, pack, prepare, put away and ship products for retail stores and online customers. The role involves cross-training across warehouse departments, following safety and loss-prevention procedures, and working designated shifts and overtime as operational needs require.
Role & Responsibilities
- Safely receive, stock, pick, pack, prepare, put away and ship products according to established production rates, processes and procedures.
- Fulfill Sephora orders for retail stores and online customers in accordance with company and industry-standard operating procedures.
- Follow company, state and OSHA safety rules, policies and regulations, including proper work attire; report safety violations and potential violations to appropriate supervisory or management personnel.
- Comply with company Loss Prevention policies and procedures, including proper work attire.
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
- Work any designated shift and overtime as requested to meet business and operational needs.
- Respond proactively to direction from the leadership team, including Shift Coordinators, management staff and other departmental personnel.
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service according to company standards.
- Cross-train and perform assignments in picking, packing, receiving, shipping and put-away across departments as business and operational needs require.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with warehouse management system (WMS) picking procedures or previous experience using menu-driven applications.
- Familiarity with warehouse layout or ability to learn it.
- Ability to operate RF terminals to receive, pick and replenish products in the warehouse.
- Ability to pack products using preferred methods.
- Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
- Ability to cross-train in receiving, picking, packing, put-away and shipping processes.
- Ability to understand other business functions as they relate to the position.
- Ability to work closely and effectively with others to promote teamwork.
- Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, lift and/or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The base compensation for this position is USD 19.50 per hour.
