Sephora Seasonal Warehouse Associate in Las Vegas, NV – $18/hr, full-time distribution center role with benefits and career growth opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship Sephora products to retail locations and online customers according to established operating procedures and production targets
- Operate RF terminals and warehouse management system (WMS) applications to receive, replenish, and track inventory
- Cross-train across multiple warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping based on operational needs
- Maintain compliance with all Company, state, and OSHA safety regulations and report safety violations to supervisory personnel
- Adhere to Loss Prevention policies and proper work attire requirements
- Sustain regular and punctual attendance while maintaining a flexible work schedule, including designated shift and overtime assignments
- Respond proactively to direction from Shift Coordinators, management, and departmental personnel
- Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service in accordance with company standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Capable of standing, sitting, squatting, and walking for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications
- Ability to operate RF terminals and warehouse equipment
- Basic mathematics skills with ability to accurately match numbers and quantities
- Ability to learn warehouse layout and cross-train on multiple functions
- Positive and enthusiastic demeanor with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including early morning starts and overtime as required
Skills
Experience
No prior warehouse experience is explicitly required; training in warehouse operations, WMS systems, and RF terminals will be provided. Familiarity with warehouse environments or previous experience using menu-driven applications is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 18 per hour.
