Sephora is hiring a Warehouse Associate II in Olive Branch, MS (Distribution Center) — Full-time, $17/hr at the Mississippi Distribution Center.

Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and stock inbound product according to established procedures and production rates.
- Pick, pack, prep and ship orders for retail stores and e-commerce customers using WMS and RF terminals.
- Perform put-away, replenishment and inventory control tasks to maintain warehouse accuracy and flow.
- Adhere to company, state and OSHA safety rules and loss-prevention policies; report hazards and safety violations.
- Cross-train to rotate through receiving, picking, packing, shipping and put-away assignments based on operational needs.
- Maintain regular attendance, a flexible schedule, and availability for designated shifts and overtime as required.
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service and respond proactively to direction from leadership.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, squat and lift repeatedly throughout a shift; able to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or demonstrated ability to learn menu-driven warehouse applications.
- Proficiency operating RF terminals to receive, pick and replenish product.
- Basic math skills and an ability to match and verify numeric information.
- Capacity to be cross-trained across multiple DC functions and work collaboratively within a team.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work assigned shifts, including potential overtime or shift differentials.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; prior experience in a distribution center, warehouse operations or with WMS/RF terminals is preferred but not required. Training and cross‑training are provided.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
