Role & Responsibilities

• Safely receive and stock product, and pick, pack, prepare, put away, and ship orders to retail stores and online customers in accordance with established procedures and production rates.
• Follow company, state, and OSHA safety rules and policies, wear appropriate work attire, and report actual or potential safety violations to supervisory or management personnel.
• Comply with company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
• Work assigned shifts and overtime as requested to meet business and operational needs.
• Respond proactively to direction from the leadership team, including Shift Coordinators, management staff, and other departmental personnel.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
• Cross-train and undertake assignments in picking, packing, receiving, shipping, and put-away based on business and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with warehouse management system (WMS) picking procedures or previous experience using menu-driven applications.
• Familiarity with warehouse layouts or the ability to learn them.
• Ability to operate RF terminals to receive, pick, and replenish warehouse product.
• Ability to pack product using preferred methods.
• Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
• Ability to cross-train in receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping processes.
• Ability to understand other business functions as they relate to the role.
• Ability to work closely and effectively with others in a way that promotes teamwork.
• Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Ability to stand, sit, squat, lift, and/or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The base compensation for this position is USD 19 per hour.
