Sephora Part-Time Seasonal Warehouse Associate in Avon, Indiana—$18/hr, weekends, distribution center operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, pick, pack, prepare, and ship Sephora product orders following company and industry standard operating procedures
- Operate RF terminals to successfully receive, pick, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse
- Maintain flexible scheduling and fulfill shift assignments and overtime as required by operational needs
- Comply with all Company, state, and OSHA safety protocols, report safety violations, and ensure proper work attire
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service in accordance with company standards
- Cross-train and rotate across receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping departments based on business requirements
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, lift, and walk for the duration of the scheduled shift
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or previous experience using menu-driven applications
- Basic math skills with demonstrated ability to match numbers accurately
- Positive and enthusiastic demeanor with strong teamwork capabilities

Familiarity with warehouse operations or menu-driven applications preferred; no minimum years of experience required for this entry-level seasonal position.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and understand written instructions and safety documentation required.

The successful candidate will be located in Avon, Indiana, USA, with easy access to Indianapolis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 18 per hour.
